The double-claw grab is an effective tool for loading and unloading bulk materials such as yellow sand, coal, mineral powder, cement, grain, and bulk fertilizer in various harsh environments. The grab has a simple structure, low failure rate, and is easy to operate, allowing it to accurately complete opening and closing actions under various conditions. The grab is designed using three-dimensional virtual design and undergoes strength verification and analysis using ANSYS, resulting in a more reasonable weight distribution and a longer service life. After years of accumulation, our company has developed dozens of series and hundreds of models of grabs ranging from 1t to 100t. The grab is suitable for loading and unloading various bulk materials with multiple types of cranes and can be adapted to different pulley arrangements. Depending on the pulley arrangement and the connection method with the crane, the double-claw grab is commonly divided into double rope double claw and four rope double claw, suitable for different types of hoisting machines.
